These are a series of factsheets covering key energy technologies that have business potential for micro entrepreneurs in East Africa.
The factsheets are developed by GVEP International for the Developing Energy Enterprises Project East Africa (DEEP EA), set up to provide start-up and growth support to energy-based enterprises in Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Each factsheet provides an overview of the technology, examples and business opportunities.
The factsheets complement DEEP EA’s programme of business and energy training and mentoring.
