Solar Energy International (SEI) is a nonprofit educational organization that provides official hands-on & online trainings in renewable energies, such as solar panel installation, wind, micro-hydro, sustainable building and developing world technologies.
These classes are geared towards professionals interested in honing their skills in international renewable energy &/or pursuing certification in this field, can be taken together or independently, & are able to provide the edge that young professionals need in entering the renewable energy industry today.

Renewable Energy for the Developing World: exploring different applications for renewable energy technologies in developing countries (online: April 18th-May 29th; $595)
Renewable Energy for the Developing World Workshop: similar to the online course but only a week long with significant hands-on benefits (hands-on: Carbondale, CO, June 20th-24th; $795)
Solar Suitcases: geared towards bringing portable solar energy into the hands of medical & education professionals in the developing world (hands-on: Carbondale, CO, June 27th-29th; $395).
