Fifty development projects in 13 countries, a 46% increase in the volume of our activities, taking part in significant international events: just some of the many positive results for GERES in 2010.
However, we can not rest on our laurels. The recent climate crisis and the major nuclear one, have heavy consequences in the short and medium term for our societies.
In the next few years, the GERES ambition is to contribute still more to sustainable development in both the North and the South. We have to build on our successes and expertise and roll solutions developped out on a large scale. This is a key strategic factor in conserving the environment and improving communities' living conditions.
