Summary
In March, Morningstar Corporation, African Energy and Xantrex, collaborated to provide an International Training Workshop on Solar PV, Wind and AC Power Backup Systems in Cameroon. The event was attended by 25 participants from 15 different enterprises or institutions. The main resolution made was the creation of an Association of Renewable Energy Actors (AREA) which will increase collaboration amongst those involved in the development of renewable energy in Cameroon.
