1) What type of organisation is yours (ie. SME), what are your objectives, who are you aimed at and where are you working?
We are a professional education imparting institute. Our aim and objective is to prepare the youth for tomorrow, making a new generation see conserving energy as synonymous with saving the planet so that they do not misuse nature but protect if for future generations.

2) How has your organisation impacted on energy access in these areas? How have peoples' lives been improved?
With my past experience in the field of renewable and non-conventional energy I work by the concept that energy saved is energy generated.
Presently we are in the process of putting up an 8000 Litre plant for solar water heating in our student hostels.

3) Where do you aim to go from here? Are you hoping to expand, develop etc?
We are working with the department of renewable energy to assist us in bringing solar power, co-generation and biomass to the villages around the college. This will help in using the local product also to be used for energy generation.

4) How do you feel GVEP International can help you in the future?
I think we can collaborate to ensure the fulfillment of our aims and objective. We have a strength of over 1800 students today, and we if can change minds we can do wonders.
