An initial workshop, assisted by USAID, was held in May 2004. The workshop identified a number of sectors for priority input including Agriculture, Industry, Transport, Education, Health and Domestic. Specific areas for technical assistance were identified including:
- Support to identify potential projects and develop a prioritisation methodology;
- Facilitation of a multi-stakeholders workshop;
- Identification and recruitment of action plan consultants.
