Bolivia
The GVEP-Bolivia Action Plan is still under preparation and should be finished at the end of 2005. On the other hand, through a technical assistance of the Inter American Development Bank (IDB), the Government of Bolivia has commissioned the formulation of a National Master Plan for Rural Electrification that should be available at the end of January 2006. Both plans will be coordinated and formulated under the same principles.
Institutionalization of GVEP – Bolivia is still pending, mainly because of the already mentioned political issues.Specific programs are advancing.
